Once a quote is agreed on a 25% deposit is required in order to secure your booking.
No appointments can be reserved, even if a trial was done. Only a deposit will secure your booking.
I do not believe in trapping a bride into a contract with no room for changes, and am happy to accommodate you if things may change after confirming your bridal quote. However, all deposits are non-refundable.
I offer a mobile service and travel to your home / wedding / event venue at an additional price calculated accordingly.
